In-stock items purchased through our online store will be shipped promptly upon receipt of the order, generally within two business days. If the item is temporarily out-of-stock it will be ordered from the vendor and shipped in a timely manner. Delivery time and charges will vary based on the distance between your location and our warehouse and type of delivery service selected by you.
Special orders and items made overseas may take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. You will be notified in this instance.
You may return items purchased through our online store for a credit against your original method of purchase (credit card, etc.). All items returned for credit must be in new and resalable condition with all original boxes, instructions and packaging and require prior authorization. Any item returned without prior authorization will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective, in which case we will refund shipping costs.
Our vendors may discontinue some items before we have the chance to update our online catalog. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause. If this should occur your method of payment will be credited.
